Introducing my 1st Gold Coast project, for The Ritz Carlton Residence… For this condominium, my client & I used high-end vendors for custom furniture and lighting, in addition to selected craftsmen for intricate designs & installation. Nothing went to waste here, as we allocated old pieces to make space for all that would be replaced. Making it waste-free, sort of :).
